1. To establish institutions of religion, education, culture and housing for members of the Jewish Karaite community in Jerusalem and/or in any place decided by the World Karaite Council. 2. To oversee and maintain community property, movable and immovable property, that the community has or will have in Jerusalem and elsewhere. 3. Provision of study scholarships.
