Promoting a breakthrough in the rate of Arab workers employed in appropriate employment, especially in lower-level positions, in the business sector for academics, professionals and those with 12 years of education or more. Providing equal opportunity for the integration of Arab society in Israel into employment appropriate to their skills. Changing attitudes among employers in the context of integrating Arab workers into appropriate employment, addressing barriers in depth and implementing a business viability concept in employing the Arab population in Israel. Increasing the contribution of Arab society to the Israeli economy and its growth, alongside improving the economic and employment situation among Israeli society.
