Israel Family Planning Association (Open Door)

To support those exercising their right to sexual health by promoting family planning and improving availability of quality sexual health services to marginalized communities in Israel. Founded in 1966, the Israel Family Planning Association (Open Door) is the leading nonprofit in Israel promoting sexual health rights and is the exclusive Israeli representative and full member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). Open Door supports those exercising their right to sexual health by promoting family planning and improving availability of quality sexual health services to marginalized communities in Israel. Through counseling services, training programs, outreach, and policy work, Open Door empowers vulnerable communities in Israel to take charge of their sexual health by providing them with the necessary resources to make their own economic, social, and political decisions. Open Door operates both in physical spaces and virtually to create an environment that is open and accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, religion, age, ethnicity, nationality, or disability.
