The aim of Maslan is to combat the epidemic of sexual and domestic violence in the Negev region. We strive to support and empower the female and male victims through every step of both the legal and recovery process.

Maslan activities:
Emergency hot-line: a 24 hour service for women who are victims of violence, staffed by volunteers offering help in 8 languages: Hebrew, Russian, Amharic, Tigret, Spanish, French, English and Arabic.
Legal aid: for victims of sexual violence who cannot afford legal counsel. We help victims prepare for court appearances, and we chaperon them throughout the process.
Personal accompaniment - volunteers accompany victims to the police station, hospital, womens shelter, or therapy center.
Educational outreach - to help educate the public throughout the Negev, including elementary schools, high schools, soldiers, college and university students, professional teams in the social welfare system.
Young ambassadors - a comprehensive course for adolescents designed to educate and train them to be "anti-violence ambassadors" among their peer groups.
Support groups - for women and teenage victims of sexual and domestic violence.
