Management of a community center in the Jordan Valley; representation of the region and its residents in matters of the local authority where the community center operates; community activity among the population in the area where the community center is located across all social strata with participation in activities; community, educational, social, and cultural activities to enhance human dignity, both for the development of the individual and community and for the advancement of a democratic and pluralistic society; fostering the culture and tradition of community members; encouraging and conducting welfare activities for the benefit of the entire community and population with residents' participation and involvement; improving quality of life and leisure culture in the community; developing and encouraging community activities including social, educational, sports, and cultural activities and leisure activities; organizing cultural and entertainment activities, lectures, and theatrical performances; assisting vulnerable populations and strengthening them; conducting community, cultural, educational, and sports activities and related matters and fields as detailed above in coordination with and in connection to the community and in cooperation with it.
