The "Magshimim Beyachad" community in Netivot was established in 2000. Our main goal is to create an integrated society amongst the different sectors of the Israeli population, and to confront the negative migration status in the development towns. Our means of dealing with these problems is by educating young adults from established communities, and encouraging them to settle in Netivot amongst successful, idealistic local youth. We believe that this model will break the circle of negative migration in Netivot, and create a strong community in the town which will promote Netivot's interests.
Another important goal is to create an integrative community between local existing families and the newer additions in order to become an Identification basis for the local youth. We hope that this community will encourage motivation to stay and build Netivot in all respects, and for new additions to join our community in the future.
