A few months ago it all became clear. I can't simply run. My life story can't be just my story. Running for others with PTSD is my mission. And this is the next step in my therapy. Why? Because I can. Those kilometers which I will run, can help a lot. They will be the small contribution in the never ending battle against PTSD. More than that, they can be your contribution. I am already going to run. Why not join me to help he people with PTSD.
I have already established a group of people who have joined me. We have a running team of people who are not professional athletes. People who are investing their time and their efforts, to stand on the starting line. We are running for the awareness of PTSD, as a call for the people who don't know that they are suffering from this problem.
