The Cities of Israel Association will work to strengthen community resilience and personal and public security in affected cities and everywhere there is a need in the State of Israel, in routine and emergency, The association will operate volunteers, purchase equipment and transfer training and workshops to deal with crises and security challenges in the community, The association will work to strengthen sovereignty and security in the State of Israel on the political, municipal, legal, institutional, media and civil levels
