Strengthening resilience, preparedness and capacity among the population of Israel, Jewish and other communities in the world, to deal in real-time with disaster and destruction situations, war events, terrorism, natural disasters and others, accompanying and assisting in preparing community emergency and rescue systems, providing guidance, knowledge and tools for populations and rescue teams during emergencies, in rescue, assistance to victims and saving lives, creating a nationwide network of volunteers with basic rescue capabilities, providing assistance and aid to victims in disaster and destruction areas worldwide, providing assistance and saving lives in disaster and destruction areas worldwide, with emphasis on Israelis and Jewish communities, recruiting members and volunteers, and performing any other action or activity, including raising resources and receiving allocations, grants, donations, gifts, bequests, loans and the like, to promote the activities and goals of the organization, raising public awareness and promoting values of responsibility and civic preparedness, mutual assistance and the importance of strengthening civic resilience in preparation and dealing with disaster and destruction scenarios
