a. To promote and address the common interests of association members, including all matters concerning residents of the building on Gamal Knirot Street, entrances 1-23 in Beer Sheva. b. To assist and advise association members in all matters concerning their interests. c. To care for the common interests of association members, protect and preserve their rights as tenants and/or apartment purchasers, and represent them in this regard to government institutions, municipalities, and all competent authorities, as well as before any public body, institution, organization, legal entity, or private individuals.
