To promote and advance academic rowing in Haifa and create all opportunities for these purposes, such as: purchasing, selling, renting, and leasing; mortgaging and taking mortgages; buying and receiving as gifts or through inheritance rowing boats, sports equipment and tools, as well as land and buildings for this purpose. The organization may perform any action necessary to achieve these purposes, including levying taxes and other financial obligations on its members, conducting fundraising and collecting donations in any other manner, and hiring paid employees to perform the aforementioned activities. The organization's income and property shall serve only to advance the organization's purposes, and no part thereof shall be paid or transferred for other purposes except those stated.
