The Center is an initiative designed and run independently by a group of Eritrean refugee women. Established in November 2011 by Zebib Sultan, the Center aims to provide Eritrean women with a safe and welcoming space as well as access to important services. The Center offers: A safe place where Eritrean women are able to gain knowledge in terms of improving their situation in Israel and to be empowered. But also, to give them the possibility to come to the Center all day in order to meet, Exchange and escape from the daily reality of life. We have: Language courses: Hebrew and English Computer Classes Maternal Health Classes Family Planning Classes Child Development and Health Classes Nutrition Classes Help with filling out RSD Forms Advice and information about the asylum policy Assistance in going to human rights organizations, UNHCR and doctor or other appointments Individual Counselling
